The college belongs to a network of educational institutes administered by Sri Adichunchanagiri Shikshana Trust (R). Sri Adichunchanagiri Shikshana Trust (R) was established in 1974, and guided by the commitment to excellence, under the Blessings of His Holiness Jagadguru Padmabhushana Dr. Sri Sri Sri Balagangadharanatha Maha Swamiji. With a vision to impart – intellectual, spiritual and physical needs of students, the trust has started 500 educational units across the country, benefiting more than 1,00,000 students every year. Adichunchanagiri Institute of Business Management is one such institute started in the year 2010 at Chikkamagaluru with the blessings of revered Paramapoojya Jagadguru Padmabhushana Sri Sri Sri Dr. Balagangadharanatha Maha Swamiji.
