Education drives away ignorance and through illumination it emboldens a man to a righteous thought and action. It empowers humans to think and enables to live with respect and praise. I am greatly blessed and honoured to place on record the fact that Adichunchanagiri Institute of Business Management, started in the year 2010, under divine and celestial vision of Adichunchanagiri Shikshana Trust promoted by Paramapoojya, Jagadguru, Padmabhushana Sri Sri Sri Dr.Balagangadhara Swamiji – a great saint of Karnataka, well known for Anna (Feed), Akshara (Education), Aarogya (Health) dasoha along with great environmental concern.

At present under the leadership of Paramapoojya, Jagadguru, Sri Sri Sri Dr. Nirmalanandanatha Swamiji, Chairman-Adichunchanagiri Shikshana Trust, the college has the privilege of having a healthy, harmonious ambience and rich values which have played pivotal role in shaping the future of innumerable students. Our mission is to transform students into rational thinkers, competent workers, law abiding citizens and spiritually enlightened individuals. Our firm belief that the rich values and traditions imbibed here would carry students to greater heights.

With proud legacy of AST, the college has excelled in every field. Students educated from the college have carved a niche for themselves in various fields at state and national levels. We believe in providing our students an environment - rich in knowledge and supportive for their extracurricular interests. We aim to evaluate our students on the basis of their physical, mental, social, emotional and intellectual development. AIBM endowed with progressive futuristic outlook aims continual growth in the quality of all academic activities with a sense of commitment to fully meet the expectations of the students, parents and society at large. Our college cares for the individual development of each and every student. We follow “mentor system” under which each class is put into the multi-pronged web of a teacher. We accord prime importance to the behavioral discipline, moral integrity and cognitive developments of our students. Departments of Youth Welfare, Rovers & Rangers, NSS, Physical Education, Career Guidance Cell, Youth Red Cross wing, and Women Empowerment cell offer integrated services for the multi –facetted developments of our students. Our teachers strive to teach not only academic programmes but also life skills needed for students’ self development with highly resourceful faculty.
